Not everyone is a fan of the Lego Batman movie that was released back in 2017. Many are fans of LEGO though and Batman has a tonne of sets to collect. No set is complete until you get the right LEGO Bruce Wayne.
When you give the LEGO Batman movie a chance, it makes you want to collect sets more. You realize how funny and ingenious the movie is and how much sense it makes for marketing for LEGO.
Not taking anything away from the marvelous voice actors either. Will Arnett, who voiced Batman, played this part with absolute perfection. But LEGO has been around much longer than the movies have.
The Batman franchise has seen its movies take a particularly serious turn. This is cool for teenagers and adults alike, but some of these are not suitable for some young children as they can be scary.
The Lego movie was a step away from all the seriousness that Batman is now known for. This movie is spiked with fun and hilarious scenes and catch-prases that the young mind would definitely catch up on and relate with.Â
The storyline is a beautiful one that begins with the Batman’s loneliness being visibly exaggerated. Alfred points it out to him that he was actually afraid of having a family again, a direct reference to the death of his parents.
Of course, he denies all that the Batman way with a gruffy ‘I work better alone’ attitude.Â
Things began to fall out of place when Batman faced off with Joker, and Bruce refused to acknowledge a villain-hero relationship between the both of them.
He stated that he just loved to fight. He doesn’t really care if it’s superman or anyone else as long as he gets to whop someone.
This irked the Joker, causing him to devise a plan that disrupted Batman’s world. Batman, not wanting to lose, swallowed his pride and got help from his stepson Dick Grayson, whom he adopted.
He also teamed up with his butler Alfred Pennyworth and Gotham City Police, Barbara Gordon.Â
Brief Lego History
Ever since LEGO was created in the 1940s, it has become more widely accepted as a necessary tool of education, especially in recent times. First made in Denmark, it began as a set of stackable.
These stackables were colorful plastic pieces that could be stacked in different interlocked positions with an infinite number of creative possibilities. It has become so much of a part of education that it is now being integrated into the education system for kids and toddlers around the world.
