Best Funko Pop Figures From Snyder’s Justice League

Warner Bros might not accept Zack Snyder’s Justice League as canon. But it is the correct version of the film for fans all over the world. Zack delivered a masterpiece, and fans rejoiced at the release of Snyder Cut everywhere. Considering the unprecedented level of fan-following of this film, we have brought the best available Funko Pop Justice League collectibles. This film was way ahead of its time and would have introduced time travel and the Oscar-winning team-up moment way before Avengers: Endgame.

But the studio chose not to stick with this version and released a watered-down and distorted version of this film theatrically. The theatrical version bombed at the box office and gave birth to the “#Release_The_Snyder_Cut” movement. This movement ultimately saw the release of the Snyder cut and evolved into the “#Restore_the-Snyderverse” movement and is still going strong. These collectibles are a must-have for your Zack Snyder and Justice League fan collections.

This section will feature some of the best Justice League figures from Snyder Cut.

1. Superman

The theatrical version of Superman also played a role in the movie’s failure. At the time of Whedon’s reshoots, Henry Cavill was shooting for Mission Impossible and had to keep a mustache as per his agreement for that film. Whedon proceeded for his reshoots with a mustached Henry Cavill and told the media that he could remove the mustache through CGI.

But the end product that we got to see in the movie was a disaster. Henry’s upper lip was disproportionate from all angles, and even his face and teeth were strange. These issues made him look like someone else entirely. Moreover, the movie was supposed to feature Superman in his iconic black suit that he uses to absorb more sunlight when he is not fit. Unfortunately, joss also removed the black suit from his film version.

Both these mistakes were rectified in the Snyder Cut. After the release of the Snyder Cut, Funk Pop also launched a new line of collectible figures based on this film. This figure features Superman in a black suit and weighs a quarter of a pound. It even comes in a display window box that you can place on any shelf without taking the figure out.

2. Darkseid

Darkseid was originally set to feature in Justice League but was removed from “Josstice League” entirely. As a result, the theatrical version only features Steppenwolf as the film’s antagonist. The release of Snyder Cut also saw Darkseid making his live-action debut in the movie.

This Funko Pop collectible is inspired by Darkseid and his throne and features the villain sitting on his throne in Justice League. Darkseid has his head resting on his hand, presumably thinking of which world to destroy next.

3. Desaad

With the debut of Darkseid in the film, we also got to see his right-hand man in Desaad. He even has so much authority that he refused Steppenwolf’s request to speak with Darkseid and constantly belittles the veteran antagonist throughout the film.

This Funko Pop collectible features Desaad in his traditional attire as seen in Justice League and is ready to attack and destroy anything under his master’s command.

4. Diana Prince

We saw Wonder Woman in the theatrical cut where Joss Whedon essentially downgraded her story arc from an Amazonian Warrior to a masseuse and even added more cringe by adding shots of her smiling at Bruce all the time.

Zack Snyder’s Justice League also corrected this blunder by reintroducing Wonder Woman as a true Warrior Princess and expanding her story arc by adding scenes of her as Diana. Additionally, this Funko Pop features Diana Prince holding the “Arrow of Artemis,” as seen in Zack Snyder’s Justice League. The Amazonians shot this arrow to warn Diana about Steppenwolf’s attack.

5. Aquaman

Even King of Atlantis could not escape his unfortunate fate in Josstice League. Unfortunately, his character was also re-written from an angry capable superhero to a jokester and not even a funny one. As a result, Aquaman finds himself telling the worst jokes in an attempt to add comedy to the movie.

Zack also launched his true vision for Aquaman’s character in his movie, and this Funko Pop collectible features him holding a miniature “Mother Box.”

6. Batman

Josstice League treated Batman as an incapable human in a bat costume who was of no use to the team in the film. Zack Snyder’s Justice League undid this mistake and portrayed Batman as the Leader of the team.

Batman compiled the team to form Justice League, and this Funko Pop collectible features him in the battlesuit that he wore in the final battle.

7. Cybrog

Joss Whedon’s story changes destroyed the story arcs of Cyborg and the Flash. Cyborg had no depth to his character in the theatrical. Moreover, the scene where Silas sacrifices himself that even adds a new dimension to Cyborg’s character is also missing.

Zack ultimately fixed this in his cut of Justice League and made Cyborg a central character as intended, originally. He even added scenes of Victor Stone and how he lost his mother and nearly died when Silas decided to use the Mother Box to save his only son.

8. The Flash

The Flash’s character suffered the most in terms of a story arc, even more than Cyborg. He was changed from a superhero to a policeman directing a family car in the film’s final scene. In contrast, Snyder Cut portrayed The Flash as the main superhero, who made time travel backward and saved the League and the entire world.

This Funko Pop collectible shows the Flash with his hand positioned before he stops time or enters the Speed Force in Snyder’s Justice League.

9. Martian Manhunter

The theatrical cut also removed the cameo from Martian Manhunter completely. Snyder Cut restores his cameo and even adds his meeting with Bruce at the film’s end. It was further revealed that General Swanwick is indeed the Martian Manhunter.
